This five-story building includes 50 residential units and 4 live-work units, 28 parking spaces, and 83 long-term bicycle parking spaces.
The site is within the Transit Oriented Higher Intensity Mixed Use (TOHIMU) zoning district. The residential units will be rented and professionally managed by BG Asset Management (www.bgam.us). Completion is expected in early 2024.
